Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented City Head to lead and establish our airport taxi operations in Bhogapuram. The candidate will be responsible for setting up the branch, managing fleet operations, driver/vendor onboarding, business development, and ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining high service standards and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Branch Setup & Operations

· Establish and manage the complete branch operations in Bhogapuram.

· Implement operational systems, processes, and dispatch management.

· Ensure smooth functioning of fleet operations and customer service.

· Coordination with Airport Operator - GMR

2. Fleet & Driver Management

· Recruit, onboard, and manage taxi drivers and fleet vendors.

· Monitor vehicle availability, fleet utilization, and driver performance.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.

3. Business Development

· Develop corporate partnerships with hotels, airports, travel agencies, and companies.

· Identify new revenue opportunities and increase ride volumes.





· Promote brand presence in the local market.

4. Team Leadership

· Build and manage the local operations team.

· Provide training and performance guidance to staff and drivers.

· Ensure robust coordination between dispatch, drivers, and support teams.

5. Financial & Performance Management

· Monitor branch revenue, operational costs, and profitability.

· Track KPIs such as trip completion rate, fleet utilization, and driver retention.

· Prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.

6. Compliance & Administration

· Ensure compliance with local transport authorities and licensing regulations.

· Maintain documentation for fleet vehicles, drivers, and operational permits.

Required Qualifications

· Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Operations/Business preferred).

· 5–10 years of experience in transport, fleet management, or the mobility industry.
