Summary: 1) Laboratory Experiments for New Products/ Plant Troubleshooting/Opex Saving initiatives 2) Alternate Raw material supplier evaluation based on performance trial in laboratory 3) Preparation of Risk Assessment for Process, SOP, and participation in HAZOP study Major Objectives: 1) To evaluate finish good quality with respect to Quality specification and yield before proceeding for plant introduction to avoid creation of opp spec material during plant introduction trials. 2) Leading new product introduction at Plant to get the right first-time quality in introduction batches, to speed up commercialization of current product at Site. 3) Leading and providing guidance to plant in case of in process deviation rectification/ rework of off-spec product to get AO quality products. 4)



By conducting performance test of alternate suppliers of key raw materials to evaluate final finish good quality and yield before onboarding new raw material suppliers to prevent off-spec product creation in plant, to reduce SNM for Site. Skills Required: 1. Understanding of Chemistry for Intermediates and Finish Goods of the Textile Industry Products 2. Interpretation and comparison of the new processes with the existing processes 3. Interpretation of HPLC Application dyeing reports 4. Impurity analysis and its impact on quality
