1. Responsibilities
- Triage, investigate and resolve incidents, defects and service issues for Maximus solutions
- Carry out root cause analysis and agreed application maintenance tasks
- Deliver small fixes, minor changes and well-defined enhancement requests
- Clarify requirements with the Maximus team where further context is needed
- Assess technical impact, risk and implementation approach for assigned work
- Configure, develop, test, deploy and document changes in line with agreed standards
- Undertake release activities, following defined release processes
- Undertake testing and quality assurance activities to ensure releases meet standards
- Update support documentation, known issues, and technical notes
- Follow Maximus engineering, security and governance practices, including ALM, source control and peer review expectations
- Use Azure DevOps / Jira to manage assigned support and enhancement work

2. Skills and Experience




- Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, model-driven apps, canvas apps and Power Automate
- Understanding of Dataverse security roles, permissions and solution management
- Hands-on experience supporting business applications
- Ability to investigate incidents, resolve defects and implement small changes safely
- Awareness of ALM, source control and CI/CD practices, including ALM Accelerator and GitHub Actions
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for managing work items, defects and tasks
- Positive understanding of testing, including unit testing, regression testing and test evidence
- Good documentation skills for support, technical changes and release activity
- Able to work independently on clearly defined tasks, while knowing when to escalate
