Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Growth role based in Noida. The Business Growth professional will identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand NAC’s reach and revenue. Daily activities include developing and executing growth strategies, analyzing market trends and customer data, and collaborating with marketing, sales,



and product teams to design and implement campaigns and initiatives. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with institutional partners, corporate clients, and other stakeholders, while regularly tracking performance metrics and preparing reports on growth outcomes. The individual will contribute to refining NAC’s go-to-market approach, enhancing learner acquisition and retention, and supporting long-term strategic planning.
