Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls in Telugu language.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customers' queries.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre setting or related field.
- Proficiency in speaking Telugu language (written communication skills are an added advantage).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
