Position

Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and leather manufacturing technologies. Knowledge of tanning processes is also desired. Time management and leadership skills are required to manage staff members to maximize their performance and contribution.





Job Description

· After receiving orders, fixing delivery date and ensuring that processes are finished before the target date.

· Making production details which includes sample, color, lining, quantity etc.

· Responsible making an APPROVAL PRODUCTION PIECE as per the requirement of buyer’s comments.

· Timely sample production, costing, product detailing and maintaining documents before production.

· Responsible for procuring leather, lining & fitting and managing quality of leather throughout the production process using strategy, data and effective communication.

· Arranging on time tin patterns and blocks for production and managing respective people to get materials for sampling requirements.

· Arranging on time packing materials required for an order and giving packing directions to packing team as per requirements.
