Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager – Cards role based in Bhubaneswar. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of card products, including issuance, processing, and related payment services,



ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include defining product requirements, creating and maintaining product roadmaps, collaborating with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams, and coordinating with bank and fintech partners to implement card solutions. The role involves analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and user feedback to refine features, manage backlogs, and prioritize enhancements. The Product Manager will monitor performance metrics, drive go-to-market activities, support stakeholder communication, and ensure high reliability and scalability of card-related services on iServeU’s platform.
