Digital Content Producer

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Digital Content Producer plays a critical role in bringing content to life on the website. This role manages the end-to-end publishing workflow from ingesting third-party and freelancer content to maintaining product feeds and monetization campaigns — ensuring a seamless and revenue-optimized content experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and review content from freelancers and third-party contributors, adjusting formatting and ensuring it meets platform and editorial standards.
- Input and publish content into the Content Management System (CMS), managing metadata, tagging, categorization, and scheduling for optimal visibility.
- Opt into and manage Amazon Creator Connection campaigns, identifying relevant monetization opportunities to drive additional affiliate revenue.
- Maintain and update Amazon shopping lists, ensuring product recommendations are accurate, current, and properly linked.
- Update and manage product feeds on-site on a daily basis, verifying pricing accuracy, availability, and link integrity.




- Coordinate with the editorial and writing teams to ensure content is formatted correctly before publication.
- Monitor live content for technical issues (broken links, image errors, formatting glitches) and resolve promptly.
- Track and report on content performance and affiliate revenue metrics.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in digital publishing, content production, or a similar operations role.
- Hands-on experience with a CMS platform (e.g., WordPress, Arc Publishing, Brightspot, or similar).
- Familiarity with Amazon Associates / Creator Connection program and affiliate monetization.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.
