To ensure accurate control, auditing, and commercial management of spare parts inventory, transactions, and related documentation across the Service Department.
Key Responsibilities
Audit spare parts stock, inward, outward, and inventory records.
Verify spare parts consumption against service jobs and ensure proper documentation.
Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution.
Ensure timely reconciliation of physical stock with system records.
Review spare parts purchases, transfers, and warranty claims for accuracy.
Prepare periodic audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, and Service teams for smooth commercial operations.
Monitor obsolete, slow-moving,
and non-moving spare parts and suggest corrective measures.
Support internal and external audits related to spare parts and inventory.
Qualification
Graduate .
MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in spare parts management, inventory auditing, or commercial operations, preferably in the consumer durables or electrical appliances industry.
Key Skills
Knowledge of inventory management and stock auditing.
Good understanding of commercial and accounting procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
