We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Intern to join our finance team. This internship is designed for candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial operations.
Upon successful completion of the 3-month internship, high-performing candidates may be offered a full-time Accountant position based on their performance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining books of accounts and financial records.
- Record daily financial transactions and journal entries.
- Support invoice preparation, billing, and payment processing.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Help prepare GST, TDS, and other accounting documentation.
- Maintain vendor and customer account records.
- Organize and file financial documents.
- Support monthly closing activities and MIS reporting.
- Coordinate with senior accountants on day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Eligibility
- B.Com graduate/final year student, M.Com, or pursuing CA/CS/CMA (preferred).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
