Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting revenue growth and brand awareness for Suronex’s AI & Cloud security and compliance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, outreach to prospective customers, and follow-ups with existing contacts through email, calls, and social channels. The intern helps prepare marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral, and supports campaign execution across digital platforms. The role involves gathering and organizing market and competitor data, updating CRM records,



and participating in virtual training sessions, team meetings, and product demos. The intern collaborates closely with sales and marketing team members to refine messaging, improve customer engagement, and support pipeline development.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with prospects and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead nurturing, pipeline tracking, and account coordination.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly, apply feedback, and support product demonstrations or onboarding activities.
