Roles and Responsibilities :

Baseline Schedule:
- Proposed building sequence as per business plan and seek concurrence from all departments
- Prepare baseline project schedule for respective project, in line with business plan targets and HOD alignment on building-wise milestones
- Discuss and obtain sign off on baseline schedule for each project before initiation of PMO monitoring activities

Contractor Management:
- Agree on reporting protocols with Contractors / Project Team / Consultants
- Define weekly / fortnightly / monthly look ahead activities with Project Team and Contractors
- Prepare micro-schedules of ongoing activities with Project Team and Contractors
- Ongoing communication and discussion to prevent deviations / delays and prepare/ obtain catch-ups from project team as applicable

Change and Delay Log:
- Maintain a comprehensive 'Change and Delay Log' to document all alterations to the project schedule and any encountered delays
- Conduct impact assessment and suggest corrective actions to minimize delays and ensure adherence to the timeline

Time to Complete:




- Conduct “time to complete” assessment on an ongoing basis (monthly frequency for re-visit of baselines based on project outcomes) and proactive risk management

Project Performance Reporting:
- Monitor progress at site; track and update the baseline schedule based on actual progress at site and for activities related to design, statutory approvals and procurement
- Report delays against baseline and project forecast completion dates, record issues as applicable

Risks and Issues management:
- Conduct risk assessment, define risk management methodology and develop baseline risk register and monitor the same
- Define issues against respective risks; track project issues and report as per communication protocols
