1. Responsible to monitor SHE aspects in warehouse management
2. Monitoring dispatches of FG & RM are happening timely and safely
3. Responsible for inventory management ensure all goods in valuable and safety conditions, meanwhile maintain accurate records;
4. Ensure all transaction entered in system timely
5. Ensure that Depot meets all legal & statutory requirements in terms of filing returns
6. Responsible for executing and documenting periodic physical inventory counts at least once a year in consultation with the Finance Controller.
7. Ensure and verify all FG goods delivery happens in time and arrange to store in proper condition
8. SAP role of CSE (wherever applicable) for Depots which includes creating delivery and shipments, freight cost booking in shipments.
Logistics & Order Fulfilment
- Ensure the Logistics team operations comply with the Regulations of the government and ENVALIOR;
- Ensure SHE (Safe Operations for Transport, Warehousing) system runs effectively, maintain the high SHE results.
- Owner of the Customer Service Levels for depot operations
- Owner of logistics complaints for orders served through Gurgaon depot
- Evaluation and Development of the Logistic Service Provider
- Customer expectation on service level in our industries for ENVALIOR is extremely high, and yet needs to be combined with an efficient and low-cost operation
