Role Description
The Freelance Business Development Associate is a contract, on-site role based in Gurugram. The associate will identify and reach out to potential clients and partners, including schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporate organizations,



to promote ParlaPro’s communication and personality development programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, scheduling and conducting meetings or presentations, and sharing tailored proposals aligned with client needs. The role also involves maintaining an updated sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams on program offerings and schedules, and providing regular reports on business development activities and outcomes. The associate is expected to represent ParlaPro professionally at events, sessions, and client meetings to support brand visibility and growth.
