- Proven experience as an L&D; Specialist, Training Manager, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of effective learning and development strategies and tools.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and MS Office Suite.
- Experience in project management, budgeting, and program evaluation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently,



and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Strong writing and documentation skills for training manuals and reports.
