Role Description
This is a full-time Visa Consultant role based in Trivandrum with a hybrid work model, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Visa Consultant will advise clients on immigration and visa requirements for study, work, and travel, ensuring they understand eligibility criteria, documentation, and timelines. Daily responsibilities include assessing client profiles, preparing and reviewing visa applications, collecting and verifying supporting documents, and maintaining accurate records.



The role involves regular communication with clients via in-person meetings, phone, email, and online platforms, as well as coordination with educational institutions, embassies, and other stakeholders when needed. The Visa Consultant will also stay updated on changing immigration regulations, contribute to internal process improvements, and provide clear, ethical, and compliant guidance throughout the application journey.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of Immigration Issues and Immigration processes relevant to study and work abroad.
- Hands-on experience handling Visas, including application preparation, documentation, and submission.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and stakeholder coordination.
- Background in Consulting or advisory roles, preferably in education, immigration, or related services.
