Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Experience: 3-7 years

Location: New Delhi (WFH can be allowed for candidates with Base Location as Delhi)

Shift : US Shift (10 PM IST - 6 AM IST)

About the Role

We're looking for a curious, analytical, and highly driven Growth and Performance Analyst to support one of our quick-growing US-based clients.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work directly with the founders and be responsible for building the marketing function from the ground up.

and are equally comfortable analyzing campaign performance and setting up an event booth, we'd love to talk.

Working Hours: US Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST)

What You'll Own

Brand & Go-to-Market
- Define and strengthen PATV's brand positioning, messaging, and communication.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for new product launches.
- Own the complete marketing journey from launch through the first 90 days.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all online and offline touchpoints.

Growth & Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Continuously optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, and campaign performance.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, messaging, landing pages, and customer journeys.
- Build and scale acquisition funnels that convert awareness into qualified leads and customers.
