Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure raw materials, components, and other required products.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for the best pricing and quality.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company requirements.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and other departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly.
- Track order status and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.
- Resolve supplier-related issues involving quality, pricing, or delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with reliable suppliers.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automobile, Auto Components, Electronics, Engineering, or Hardware Product Industries is mandatory.
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
