- Have at least 2.5 years of hands-on coding experience in Native Android development - Kotlin, MVVM
- Able to clearly write memory files for AI coding agents - orchestrate AI for ideation, SQL optimisations, and identifying trade-offs within solutions
- Are a self-starter, continuous learner, have a bias for action, and speed to solve challenging problem statements
- Passionate about UI development with Compose, experienced in handling light/dark modes, and have applied a user-centric approach to your solutions
- Have good expertise in solving concurrency problems using Schedulers.io() or Dispatchers.IO
- Solid eye for stability - handling edge cases, and considering crashes and ANRs while building solutions
- Big Plus: Experience with Media3 / ExoPlayer, Clean Architecture, and a strong base in SQL
