Position Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead our end-to-end marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of performance marketing, organic growth strategies, marketing automation, analytics, CRM, and team leadership.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, generating high-quality leads, optimizing marketing ROI, and building scalable marketing processes across digital and offline channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Growth
- Own and drive the company's marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute initiatives to achieve organic growth and increase market share.
- Drive pipeline generation and improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
- Establish marketing KPIs and monitor performance against targets.
Campaign Management
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, Email, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
- Plan, execute, optimize, and scale multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with customer journeys and business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Strong understanding of:
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- CPL (Cost Per Lead)
- CTR (Click Through Rate)
- CPC (Cost Per Click)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads)
- SQL (Sales Qualified Leads)
