Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Leverage multiple recruiting channels (job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry references) to identify and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for corporate, sales, and manufacturing roles.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, conducting initial HR interviews, scheduling technical rounds with hiring managers, and conducting reference checks.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with department heads and regional plant managers to understand their hiring requirements, define candidate profiles, and provide regular updates on hiring progress.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, respectful, and engaging experience for all applicants from the initial touchpoint through to onboarding.

Offer & Onboarding Support: Assist in managing the negotiation process, preparing offer letters, and facilitating a seamless onboarding and orientation process for new hires.

Promote Drychem as a preferred employer by representing the company at campus placements, job fairs, and on digital channels like LinkedIn.

Data & Analytics: Maintain clean applicant data in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and generate recruitment metrics (such as time-to-hire and source quality) to optimize recruiting strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a recruiter or TA specialist, preferably within the manufacturing, building materials.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using popular job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and experience working with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse levels of talent, from executive management to plant operations.

Soft Skills: Robust interpersonal skills, negotiation capabilities, and a highly collaborative attitude.
