About the Role

Pavan Java Studio is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client Sales & Service Executive to drive business growth while delivering exceptional client experiences. This role combines business development, client servicing, and account management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and managing projects from initial conversations through successful delivery.

You will work closely with the Founder, creative team, and clients to understand business objectives, prepare proposals, coordinate project execution, and nurture long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

* Generate and qualify new business leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email outreach, and inbound enquiries.

* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage the complete lead funnel using a CRM.

* Schedule client meetings, understand business challenges,



and present the studios services and capabilities.

* Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial agreements.

* Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities.

Client Servicing & Account Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

* Build long-term relationships by understanding client objectives and identifying growth opportunities.

* Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.

* Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.

* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the engagement.

Project Coordination

* Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication.

* Monitor project progress and proactively resolve client concerns.

* Maintain accurate documentation of meetings, proposals, contracts, and project updates.
