job description - Vision immigration is hiring a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented Visa Filing Executive to join our growing team in Hoshiarpur. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing Study Visa, Spouse Visa, Visitor Visa, and Work Visa applications for Canada, Australia, USA, UK, Germany, Cyprus, Malta, and New Zealand.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced visa filing professionals as well as freshers who have strong basic knowledge, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities -Prepare and submit visa applications accurately and on time Verify, organize, and maintain client documents before submission Coordinate with counsellors and clients for document collection and updates, Draft Submission Letters, SOPs, Cover Letters, and supporting documents Prepare responses to Procedural Fairness Letters (PFLs),



where required Track application status and maintain proper client records Ensure every application is complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines Assist clients with document requirements and filing-related queries .

Candidate Requirements - Positive knowledge of visa filing procedures and documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and computer systems Experience with ApplyBoard, UniZ, or similar portals will be an advantage Good communication skills in English, Punjabi, and Hindi Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced office environment .

Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, experienced candidates without a degree may also apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
