Position Summary





We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Steel Service Centre or Metal Processing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and expanding Metalex's market presence throughout Chennai and Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth across Chennai and Tamil Nadu.
- Generate current business for Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, and Aluminium strips, sheets, coils, and value-added processed products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, engineering companies, fabricators, electrical panel manufacturers, automotive component manufacturers, EPC contractors, and industrial customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure tim
