Role Description
The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.



This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resource allocation, and maintains production schedules to support platform development and implementation across multiple industries. The Production Manager monitors workflow efficiency, identifies bottlenecks, and implements process improvements in alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements. In addition, the role involves tracking key performance indicators, preparing operational reports, and collaborating with leadership to forecast capacity and plan for future demand. The Production Manager also supports continuous improvement initiatives, fosters a secure and inclusive work environment, and ensures clear communication among stakeholders.
