- Process Type: Blended (70% Voice | 30% Non-Voice)
- Salary: 18,000 – 22,000 per month
- Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (Extendable)
- Working Days: 5 Days Working
- Week Offs: 2 Rotational Offs
- Shift: 247 Rotational Shifts

Eligibility
- Minimum HSC Pass
- 6 months of BPO experience is mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 level)
- Valuable stability in previous employment
- Candidates with Teaching, Data Entry, or IT background are NOT eligible

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions related to international air cargo and travel logistics.
- Manage shipment-related queries via calls and backend support.
- Coordinate and update cargo booking information.
- Ensure timely resolution while maintaining service quality.
