Role Description
The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding and exit processes, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations by addressing concerns,



supporting performance management activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Responsibilities also include assisting with recruitment, coordinating interviews, supporting payroll and advantages administration, and preparing HR reports and documentation. The role requires close collaboration with management and team members to support organizational goals and uphold HR best practices.

Qualifications
