Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities manage projects independently in a multination environment. Implement ERP solutions for worldwide sites aligned with global standard solutions, taking responsibility for timely delivery and quality assurance. Providing support for manufacturing and satellite systems worldwide. Support all regions during their working hours, rotating to work in shifts to cover time difference. managing and supervising applications in area of expertise, while adhering to global standards. Resolve complex using problem solving techniques, seeking assistance from internal and external resources as needed. Give suggestions for improvements based on their previous experience. Conduct training sessions to their work area, along with the relevant standards, policies, and best practices. Knowledge/Experience/Skills Needed Proven experience in IT project management in the manufacturing industries. Excellent oral, written and Interpersonal communication skills.



Knowledge of project planning ascheduling Must have knowledge to identify potential risk and mitigation strategies Provide regular status reports and communicate with stakeholders. Rich experience for ERP implementation, as well as experience in multi-national environment. Ensure that deliverables meet technical requirements and user needs. Very good business acumen. Robust knowledge of any ERP ( SAP B1, SAP ECC,S4 HANA) with additional advantage if there is experience in the manufacturing domain. Good understanding of overall business process, along with good understanding in manufacturing systems concepts. Experience in .Net, C#, Crystal Report development and support. Ability to write good SQL scripts. Deep understanding of problem-solving techniques and methodologies. Able to work effectively function in a diverse, multicultural environment. Flexibility to travel internationally. Flexibility to work across in different time zones on rotation for support and on demand for project purpose . Work
