About the Role

We are setting up a grain-based ethanol plant at Tadali, Chandrapur. The project is in the active erection phase, with structural work, piping, and firefighting systems yet to be completed. We are looking for a Senior Erection Engineer who has hands-on experience of setting up multiple grain-based ethanol plants end-to-end and can take complete ownership of erection activities across mechanical, process, electrical & instrumentation disciplines driving the project to mechanical completion and commissioning while maintaining timeline, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

*Erection Planning & Sequencing*
- Own the overall erection philosophy and sequence for the plant defining the logical order of structural, equipment, piping, E&I;, and utility erection to avoid rework, access conflicts, and idle fronts.




- Prepare and maintain the detailed erection schedule (L3/L4 level) aligned with the master project schedule; identify critical path activities and proactively de-bottleneck them.
- Plan crane movements, heavy lifts, material staging, and work fronts in coordination with civil and structural progress.

*Execution & Supervision*
- Lead day-to-day erection activities for structural steel, process equipment (fermenters, distillation columns, dryers, evaporators, grain handling/milling systems, silos, boiler and utilities), piping, and E&I; works.
- Supervise completion of pending scopes including structural fabrication & erection, process and utility piping, and the firefighting system (hydrant network, sprinklers, pump house).
- Ensure erection is carried out strictly as per approved GA drawings, P&IDs;, isometrics, and vendor documentation; drive timely resolution of site engineering queries
