About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building, training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML models, with a strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and availability to work during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI technologies.
- Fine-tune and optimize open-source and commercial foundation models.
- Develop AI agents, chatbots, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and AI automation workflows.
- Integrate AI models with REST APIs, web applications, and cloud platforms.




- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Deploy scalable AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve AI systems.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams throughout the AI development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
- Experience building RAG systems, AI Agents, V
