The Manager, Clinical Education and University Relations position is responsible for designing and executing clinical education projects, managing the development of EdTech tools, developing education assets and events for product launches and delivering best-in-class education through various digital platforms as well as generating and analyzing education effectiveness data for continual improvement. This is to support the quick growth of the region with- excellence in execution, strong organizational skills and cross-markets, functional collaboration in alignment with our organization and business strategies.

In this role, you will…
Report to Associate Director, Clinical Align India
- The existing Associate Clinical Education Manage, India and Associate University Relations Manager, India will directly report on to you.
- Develop education strategies to acquire, penetrate and engage with orthodontists, pediatric dentists,
general practitioners in different profiles and to drive adoption of digital treatment planning tools and workflow
- Design, structure and roll out education for new doctors onboarding journey through various platforms including digital
- Design, structure and roll out education for growth program doctors and continue education for existing providers through various platforms including digital
- Partner with marketing team to support orthodontists, pediatric dentists, general practitioners in different profiles with digital treatment planning focused product launches through education, including the developing and reviewing of education content, assets and events.
