Voxxy Media is hiring a
Business Director - Experiential Marketing

(Full-time, India).

You'll own the work from the first client conversation to the final outcome, the thinking, the relationship, the commercial plan, and the delivery. Large brand experiences, creator and community programmes, multi-city activations, branded IPs.

What the job actually looks like:

→ Lead major experiential accounts as the senior client contact





→ Turn business problems into experience ideas that are creatively solid AND operationally possible

→ Own pitches, budgets, production, live delivery and reporting

→ Run multi-city programmes and simultaneous activations

→ Protect quality, timelines, budgets and agency margins

→ Mentor account managers, producers and project leads

Who thrives here:

8–12 years across experiential, brand activations, events or integrated marketing. Confident with senior clients. Equally at home in a strategy deck and on the ground on show day. Calm and decisive under pressure. Ready to travel across India.
