MaxiMoney helps Indians lower their home loan & LAP EMIs by matching them with better-rate lenders. We're growing rapid — and we need someone sharp to help us grow our team even faster.

What you'll do:

? Source & screen candidates for our Sales team (home loan/LAP experience a plus)

? Coordinate interviews and keep our hiring pipeline moving

? Support day-to-day HR ops — onboarding, documentation, employee queries

? Help build out our recruitment process as we scale

What we're looking for:

✅ BBA / MBA (Pursuing)

✅ Organized, proactive, and good with people

✅ Comfortable on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools (or eager to learn fast)
