Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front Line Sales role based in Cuttack.



The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their health insurance needs, explain product features and benefits, and recommend suitable plans. The Front Line Sales professional will conduct field visits, manage inquiries at the branch or partner locations, and support customers through the proposal, documentation, and policy issuance process. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with customers and partners, and providing clear information on claims, renewals, and value-added services. The role also involves participating in local marketing activities, attending training sessions, and sharing market feedback to help improve products and customer experience.
