Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function and support our ambitious growth across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and other international markets. Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified business opportunities, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise across digital marketing, event marketing, brand management, and demand generation. You will oversee the end-to-end marketing lifecyclefrom strategy and budgeting to campaign execution, performance analysis,



and continuous optimisationwhile ensuring every initiative delivers measurable business impact and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and regional expansion plans.
- Lead the overall marketing function, including planning, budgeting, execution, performance monitoring, and ROI measurement.
- Drive revenue growth by executing lead generation initiatives that support the sales pipeline across all service lines.
- Build and maintain a solid, consistent brand presence across all offices, channels, and customer touchpoints.
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, LinkedIn marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Manage the company's participation in exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, conferences, and B2B networking events across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
