- Role & responsibilities:

The role is responsible for ensuring total quality management of all Revenue Cycle Services for our hospital billing clients. Additionally, the role will focus on building a strong culture of operational excellence across the assigned books of business.

Preferred candidate profile:
- Graduate in any stream is a must.
- Minimum 10+ years and above experience in AR, PP, Billing OR EV/BV is a must which includes a preferred minimum 5+ years of experience in transactional quality/ service quality teams.
- Strong work exposure to hospital billing.
- Six Sigma Green Belt OR Black Belt certification would be preferred.
- Working Knowledge of the 7 Quality Tools is mandatory.
- Good Feedback and Coaching skills.
- Positive Interpersonal & Communication skills.
- Detail Orientation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills-Ability to interact with senior leadership/clients and manage expectations effectively.
- Ability to handle global or multi-location teams and customer projects.
- Ability to deliver high impact amid complexity, ambiguity and competing priorities independently.
