Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven IT Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, sourcing high-quality IT professionals, and managing the complete hiring lifecycle.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs, identify top talent through multiple sourcing channels, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions.
- Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Perform resume screening, candidate evaluation, and technical pre-screening.
- Conduct HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruitment data and candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and talent market insights
