Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily production plans as per approved batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR).
- Supervise manufacturing activities of Ayurvedic formulations (tablets, syrups, churnas, oils, capsules, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, AYUSH, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor process parameters to ensure product quality and yield.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams for in-process checks.
- Maintain accurate production documentation, logbooks, and batch records.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor equipment operation, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
- Implement safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
- Identify and report deviations, breakdowns, or quality issues promptly.
- Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
- Assist in continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives.
- Train and guide production operators and helpers.

Qualifications:
- B.Pharm (Ayurveda) / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Botany,



or related field)
- Diploma or certification in GMP or pharmaceutical production is an added advantage.

Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical Industry

Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations and manufacturing processes
- Understanding of GMP, AYUSH regulations, and documentation practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems preferred)

Location:
- POR G.I.D.C., Ramangamdi, Vadodara.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
