- Overcoming engineering challenges
- Be the go-to person on engineering matters and develop your strengths
- Uphold excellence and high standards in preventive maintenance programmes and conservation practices
- Monitor ME projects with the Engineering Manager to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Deliver complete and accurate facility management reports consistently
- Provide comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services
- Contribute to hitting financial Opex and capex targets and other goals set by the senior facilities manager
- Achieve key performance indicators and meet service level agreements
- Meet statutory and sustainability targets
Sound like you
To apply you need to have:
- Mastery in the field
- A diploma or degree in engineering, ideally electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
- Three to seven years of experience in facilities management
- We will also expect you to work as a part of a diverse team in both leadership and individual contributor expertise, initiate energy management programme for reducing the cost on utilities
