Position Title:

PREMIUM PIPE RUNNING SUEPRVISOR (CNC MACHINIST)

Reports to: Finishing Line Superintendent

Work Location: Onne Workshop-Port Harcourt

Purpose:

 Part of the team for developing all Procedures and Instructions for the

Shop

 Technical support for Finishing process and associated jobs as: threading,

buck-on, Inspections, Marking, Coating, Bundling, Phosphatizing

 Propose preventive and corrective actions when is required

 Provide theoretical training and assure practical training whenever

required.

 Ensures the correct sharing and implementation of best threading

practices

 Develop current special threading Programs whenever is requested

 Analyse all threading licenses, prepare the technical report, integrate/

implement all changes

 Select the appropriate tools as: carbide inserts, hard tooling

 Ensures process continuity by monitoring of threading plant process

 Responsible to report to the Finishing Line Management on issues

hindering production.



Undertaking the root cause analysis of problems

 Ensures proper management, cataloguing, update and sharing of all

technical documentation (technical specifications, procedures, operational

processes, drawings, etc.)

 Ensures the optimal selection of personnel in terms of technical reliability

and quality, able to deliver best service for shop.

 Ensures timing and procedure adherence in the execution of every

project.

 Ensures availability of equipment, generate spare list parts and follow up

maintenance plan.

 Ensures availability of the proper Master plan for the solution of mid-long

term critical problems. Propose the Finishing Operation Risk assessment

plan.

 Complies with Company policies, procedures and management standards,

and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the

area of responsibility.
