Role Description
The Technical Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore. This role involves providing technical assistance to learners to build hands-on project and prototype, and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
The role involves supporting trainers, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding students in building real-world projects. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, robust problem-solving skills,



and the ability to work in a dynamic, training-focused environment while ensuring smooth program execution.

The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to improve system reliability, contributing to knowledge base content, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through clear, empathetic communication.

Job Description:
- Provide technical support during training sessions (IoT, Robotics, Embedded System App Development, Web Development, AI/ML)
- Assist trainers in setup, troubleshooting, and smooth execution of hands-on sessions
- Support students in building, testing, and debugging real-time projects
- Handle and manage hardware components such as sensors, Arduino, and ESP modules or relevant technologies
