Key Responsibilities:-
- P&L; Ownership: Full accountability for revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth of the nutraceuticals division.
- Business Development: Expand customer base, identify recent applications, and unlock market opportunities.
- Strategic Growth: Define and execute market expansion strategies across domestic and global geographies.
- Key Account Leadership: Manage strategic accounts, build longterm partnerships, and close highvalue deals.
- TechnoCommercial Excellence: Lead solution discussions, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with R&D;, sourcing, production, and regulatory teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities, customer needs,



and evolving industry trends.
- Sales Forecasting: Prepare business plans, revenue projections, and maintain CRM pipelines.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and customer forums.
- Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate, financial, and statutory requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:-
- Experience: 5-10 years in P&L; leadership and business development within nutraceuticals, herbal extracts, or botanical ingredients.
- Industry Network: Strong connections with nutraceutical brands, manufacturers, and ingredient buyers.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of herbal extracts, botanical actives, and nutraceutical formulations.
- Track Record: Proven success in revenue growth, margin improvement, and closing strategic deals.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Education: Bachelors/Master’s in Food Technology
