A fast-growing and profitable IT Infrastructure & Systems Integration company is looking for a dynamic CEO to lead its next phase of growth.

This is a revenue-first leadership role for someone who has built enterprise business, closed large strategic deals, and is ready to take complete ownership of scaling the organization.

The company has a strong presence in India with international offices and serves enterprise clients across BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom and Education.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall business growth and revenue expansion across India.
- Own enterprise sales strategy and personally engage with strategic customers.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales organization.
- Develop current business opportunities across IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Managed Services.
- Work closely with the founders to define and execute the company's long-term growth strategy.
- Manage business operations with complete ownership of revenue and profitability.

Ideal Candidate
- 15+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales.




- Strong background in IT Infrastructure, Systems Integration, Cloud, Cybersecurity or Data Center Solutions.
- Proven track record of personally closing large enterprise deals.
- Experience leading and scaling high-performance sales teams.
- Exposure to P&L; ownership is highly preferred.
- Existing relationships with enterprise customers and OEM ecosystem will be an advantage.
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate immediately.
- Comfortable working in a founder-led, high-growth environment.
