Define vehicle architecture and platform concepts.
Develop vehicle packaging layouts and hard points.
Coordinate cross-functional integration of body, chassis, powertrain, HVAC, interiors, and E/E systems.
Perform packaging feasibility and interface management.
Conduct Digital Mock-Up (DMU) reviews and resolve packaging clashes.
Create and maintain vehicle-level specifications and Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM).
Ensure compliance with safety, homologation, and regulatory requirements.
Support Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and Design for Assembly (DFA).
Manage design changes throughout the development cycle.
Participate in prototype builds, validation, and production launch activities.
Collaborate with styling, CAE, manufacturing, purchasing,



and supplier teams
