Job Purpose
The Project Manager serves as the primary client contact for assigned accounts and supports the Program Manager as needed. The Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to discuss open and emerging business issues for assigned accounts, provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement, and ensure successful project delivery. The role is responsible for maintaining robust communication with clients and internal stakeholders while ensuring financial discipline and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, including budget monitoring, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting. The Project Manager may lead the implementation of recent initiatives, manage special projects, and oversee the activities of one or more junior team members, including work allocation, coaching, and performance support, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

- Monitor project financials throughout the project lifecycle, including budges, profitability, invoicing, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasting; identify variances and implement corrective actions as needed.
