CPA-DMV is a fast-growing professional services company supporting businesses, professionals, and organizations across the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region. We are building a solid digital presence and are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, generate leads, and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Manage the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Create engaging content including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, case studies, videos, and marketing materials.
Plan and execute paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Optimize website performance through SEO best practices and content marketing.
Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation.
Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and ROI using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Design brochures, presentations, flyers,



and promotional materials.
Support branding initiatives and improve the company's online reputation.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the business development and leadership teams to generate qualified leads.
Track marketing KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Experience managing LinkedIn Company Pages and LinkedIn lead generation campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
