What you'll be doing





Our TA Associate is responsible for working closely with the Talent Acquisition
Team to support on sourcing candidates and administering the recruitment
process. The job holder is also responsible for ensuring candidates have a great
experience throughout the process by regularly keeping in touch, following up
and providing feedback.

The TA Associate will also be responsible for our Trainee hiring needs by
sourcing, screening and sharing candidates with the hiring managers and managing
the Trainee’s journey throughout their time with the Group.

What you’ll need to succeed

· Work closely with the TA team to understand the job requirements

· Attend briefing meetings with recruiters & hiring managers as and when
required

· Create engaging job adverts that attract applicants and sharing across all
relevant job portals

· Create longlists of matching candidates to review with the TA team

· Screen and schedule interviews for relevant ca
