The Team
Joining the EMEA finance team which supports offices across the UK, Europe, Central Asia, Middle East, Cayman Islands & Africa as part of a shared service function. The Project Revenue team works closely with client-facing project teams providing services covering AML, conflict checks, prebilling operations and working capital management. The services provided are integral to the operation of the EMEA business,
and the team’s aim is to provide the highest quality service to our client facing teams. This role requires solid focus, attention to detail and a high customer service-oriented approach. The candidate will have strong communication skills and show high levels of emotional intelligence to interact with colleagues. The candidate will report to the Project Revenue Manager (EMEA) based in London and support the wider Project Revenue team to help with all day-to-day activities in the Project revenue team.
How You Will Contribute
Assisting the business with the creation of project codes on internal systems
Client Portfolio Creation
Coordination of conflicts check procedures and renewals as needed
Coordination of AML (anti-money laundering) checks
Ensures temporary code extensions are escalated and approved to manage company risk.
Updating project codes and information in business systems when required.
Run reports on AML expired codes and follow up for re
