Solve technical queries, Online support.
Managing the transaction, data analysis documentation & reporting
Work with Collection and Business team to understand the challenges with various bank / partners and work accordingly.
Daily monitoring the IMPS / NEFT / RTGS performance
Daily publishing the Payment and Collection dashboard to respective stakeholders
Valuable knowledge of Retail Banking.
