Position: Lead – MEP Execution
Location: Vizag/Kolkata
BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Relevant), with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience

Job Description:
Execution Management for all MEP&T; (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Technology (BMS, Access Control, CCTV, Audio-Visual) works for current projects and retrofits in owned/leased buildings
Manage execution of HVAC System, Electrical System, Plumbing and Fire Systems, BMS System, Access Control System, CCTV & Security system, for commercial buildings
Understand design intent and ensure execution is in line with design
Managing effective coordination and commissioning of various sub-systems in commercial buildings
Quality and Cost Management during execution
Safety Management in execution
Ensure successful and timely completion of the projects.
Support for LEED and various other green building performance certifications
Support for statutory approvals in line with corporate governance guidelines
Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses
Manage other Infrastructure related works
